Ronald E. Neal (Ron)
Co-Founder and Co-Owner of Houston Energy, L.P.
Mr. Neal has 30 years of successful exploration experience in the Texas and Louisiana Gulf Coast, Gulf of Mexico and West Texas. As Business Manager, Mr. Neal is responsible for the daily business operations of the company and management of its exploration programs. He graduated from LSU in 1974 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology and received a Master of Science degree, also from LSU, in 1977. He began his career as a geologist with Amoco Production Company initially working South Louisiana and the Gulf of Mexico and then later West Texas. He then spent 6 years with Davis Oil as Exploration Manager for West Texas and the Texas Gulf Coast. In 1988 he co-founded Houston Energy, L.P. with Billy Harrison.

Frank W. Harrison, III (Billy)
Co-Founder and Co-Owner of Houston Energy, L.P.
Mr. Harrison has over 29 years of successful petroleum exploration experience in the Texas and Louisiana Gulf Coast and the Gulf of Mexico. As Exploration Manager, Mr. Harrison oversees all aspects of oil and gas exploration for the company. He graduated from LSU in 1976 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology and received a Master of Science degree from LSU in 1979. He began his career as a geologist with Amoco Production Company and later served as Division and Operations Geologist at Quintana Petroleum Corporation before co-founding Houston Energy, L.P. with Ron Neal in 1988.
